The full amount of the rental fee and tourist tax should be paid when the guest receives the invoice.
Tourist tax is not included in the price.
Tourist tax amounts:
0,80 Eur from 30.11. – 01.03.; 1,06 Eur from 01.03. – 01.06. & 01.10. – 30.11.; 2 Eur od 01.06. – 30.09.
Persons from age 12 – 18 pays 50% of the sojurn tax. youngsters – children up to 12 years are sojourn tax free.
Returning guests are entitled to a 10% discount.
Pets are allowed. Price is 2 euros/night.
Entry to the apartment is allowed after 2:00 PM, and guests must leave the apartment on the last day before 10:00 AM (unless otherwise agreed with the owner).
In the period from 4th July to 29th August 2026 reservations are available from Saturday to Saturday (on a 7, 14 or 21 day basis).
