This is a small fishing village near Split with clean pebble beaches and very clear water. Besides the pleasant holiday in comfortable apartments we provide you with the possibility of renting kayaks and surfboards. Near the house the most beautiful beach of small pebbles “Bistrica” is spreading through.
The beach is only two or three minutes walk quiet alley, and the city center can be reached on foot in 10 to 15 minutes. In Sutivan there are two supermarkets, marketplace, post office, restaurants, pubs, pizzerias, cafes, pastry shops, a bakery, a diving center, fitness center, hair salon, movie theater and nearby is the popular resort of “Nature Park Sutivan” where you can see farm animals, play volleyball, basketball or bowling. Within the park there is a large play area for children and a open air restaurant.
In the summer season there is organized rich cultural and musical program “Stivansko lito” and fijera St. John & St. Roch.
Every third week in July the famous VANKA REGULE festival of extreme sports and documentary film is held.

U Sutivanu se nalaze dvije samoposluge, zelena tržnica, pošta, restorani, konobe, pizzeria, caffe barovi, slastičarnice, pekara, ronilački centar, fitness centar, frizer, kino a u neposrednoj blizini nalazi se popularno izletište “Park prirode Sutivan”, gdje možete vidjeti domaće životinje, igrati odbojku na pijesku, košarku ili balote. u sklopu parka nalazi se prostrano igralište za djecu i restoran na otvorenom. U ljetnoj sezoni organiziran je bogati kulturni i muzički program “Stivanskog lita” te fijera Sv. Roka i Sv. Ivana i poznati festival ekstremnih sportova i dokumentarnog filma “Vanka regule”.
