VAT is included in the price.
The full amount of a rent and a soujurne tax should be payed when the guest receives a bill.
Prices are expresed for the apartment, not for the person.
Tourist tax is not included in the price.
Tourist tax amounts:
4,50 kn 30.11. – 01.03.; 5,50 kn from 01.03. – 01.06. & 01.10. – 30.11.; 7,00 kn od 01.06. – 30.09.
Persons from age 12 – 18 pays 50% of the sojurn tax. youngsters – children up to 12 years aare sojourn tax free.
Returning guests are eligible to 10% discount.
Short – stay accomodation (less then 4 nights) is charged different, with larger price.
Prices in the Price list above are not for the agency guests.
Energy, water, internet, parking space, ocasional use of the bikes, loundycharge ever 7 days and cleaning of the apartment after departure is in the apartment fee.
Pets (small dogs & cats) will cost you 2 EUR for the night. Larger pets are negotiated separately.
Entering the apartment is allowed after 14:00 PM, and guests have to leave apartment the last day before 10:00 AM (if not aranged different with the owner).
In the time from 29.06. till 31.08. reservations are available only from saturday to saturday (on the 7, 14 or 21 day basis).
Complain book is at the owner office.
